Along the edges
- The ticker along the bottom scrolls the most severe current events.
- The banner along the top appears only for a serious event. Reading an alert says what qualifies.
- On a phone the page has two tabs at the bottom: MAP, and DASHBOARD for everything else.
Other pages
- Source status shows whether each data source is currently answering. See Freshness and status.
- Countries, fault systems and supervolcanoes are plain reference pages, one per place or system.
